I represent the Ministry of Environmental Protection & Regional Development of Latvia and we would like to join as partners a project where we could prepare recommendations for improving the provisions and governance of Cohesion Policy (CP) investments to facilitate a more efficient integration of the horizontal principles of environmental protection & sustainable development in the programming & monitoring of CP investments (operational programmes, guidelines for local governments, regional authorities etc)
