Anne-Cécile Renard

Coordinator - Programme finances, Interreg Europe, Lille, France

Anne-Cécile coordinates the tasks of the finance team with regard to programme finances which includes matters such as finance reporting to the Commission and the programme decommitment risk. She is also responsible for the coordination with the managing authority, the certifying authority and the audit authority of the Interreg Europe programme, in particular for the annual closure of the programme accounts.

Anne-Cécile joined the Interreg Europe again in February 2015. She already worked for the Interreg IIIC West/IVC JTS between 2006 and 2010. Then she worked for 4 years as legal officer in the European Commission in DG Research and Innovation, providing legal advice for the grant preparation and implementation of FP7 and Horizon 2020 projects. Before this, she worked for the Préfecture de la Région Lorraine in France, where she was contributing to the assessment and monitoring of Objective 2 projects as well as to the management of the Interreg III A Wallonie Lorraine Luxembourg.

She holds a Master’s degree in International and European law and a postgraduate degree in European comparative law.

She speaks French, English and some Italian.
