Petra is responsible for implementing the programme's communication strategy, in particular coordinating the activities of the points of contact in each partner state. She also advises project partners on communication issues and provides input for project monitoring procedures.

Before joining the secretariat in May 2013, she worked for the Interreg IVC Information Point East in Katowice, Poland, where she was also responsible for communication and work with the national contact points in the east area of the programme.

Petra holds a PhD in international and public affairs (Northeastern University, Boston) and an Ing. Degree in international relations (University of Economics, Prague).

She speaks Czech, English, Polish, French and German.
