Alexis is responsible for support to applicants and project partners as well as for the assessment of applications and the finance monitoring.

Before joining the secretariat in 2016, Alexis was working as a finance officer for the transnational Interreg Med programme in Marseille.

Alexis holds a master of European affairs from Sciences Po Lille. He also studied at MGIMO in Russia.

He speaks French, English and has a good command of Russian.
