15:30 - 17:30 Beta + small groups	Mobilising stakeholders In working groups, participants will discuss the most effective strategies and practices to engage with and mobilise their stakeholders. The participants will draft a list of good advice for stakeholder cooperation and share concrete examples and experiences with each other. How do projects work with their stakeholder groups? What are the main challenges and/or solutions? How to build a sense of ownership and maintain the interest of the stakeholders? 09:00 - 10:30 small groups + Beta	Transferring practices and experiences In working groups, participants will share their most successful techniques for learning from each other and transferring good practices between regions in order to identify a set of recommendations, tips and tools that can be shared across projects. What are the key steps for transferring a good practice between regions? How to identify and analyse best practices? How to improve exchange between organisations, institutions and actors? 11:00 - 12:00 Beta	Achieving results: action plans and improving policies This session will focus on approaches to drafting, approving, implementing and monitoring action plans. Projects from different stages will share their experiences. The session will address questions, such as: How should the monitoring during phase 2 look like? What types of measures are included and how are they funded? What can be learned from call 1 projects? How to build a momentum with the action plan and make it last after the end of the project?

13:30 - 14:30 different rooms	Cross-cutting sessions (round I) After the journey through the project activities and outputs, the afternoon is dedicated to sharing tips and tricks to fine-tune the process in short interactive sessions on issues related to project management and communication.
