Cibus Connect is an annual food exhibition organized by Fiere di Parma and Federalimentare (The Italian Food & Drink Industry Federation) in collaboration with ITA (Italian Trade Agency).
The exhibition is held in Parma on 10-11th April 2019, where the major Italian food companies meets international buyers, institutional representatives and stakeholders, with focus on the food industry trends and issues during 4 thematic conferences. Also regional specialties and niche products are present with a dedicated area. Thousands of professional operators from Italy, Europe and Overseas find conferences, exhibition stands, cooking stations with tasting opportunities.
Emilia-Romagna Region took part with a stand shared with UnionCamere E.R., in which they participated a cooking station for regional product presentation and tasting, an area where regional representatives can meet operators and stakeholders and an information desk for communication and disseminations about regional activities and initiatives in the agri-food sector and the participation in the Interreg projects FoodChains 4 EU and String.
