To mitigate the negative effects of the COVID 19 crisis, the municipality of Kristiansand encourages businesses to apply for funding for projects that can strengthen the competitiveness of businesses and the region.
Approximately EUR 1,6 million are allocated for this purpose. Funding shall contribute to preserve and create jobs, transformation and support the sustainable development of business.
Collaborative projects among stakeholder, fostering innovation and business development will be prioritized. As innovation and entrepreneurship are important to create more jobs, growth and businesses, projects that contribute to create and strengthen entrepreneurship are wanted.
Some of the funds go to projects that contribute directly to the commitment "Electric Region Agder".
