The nine institutions involved in the project have started to design their own action plans in order to improve the addressed policy instrument to implement during the second phase of the project.

We start 2018 strengthening the exchange of experiences and acquisition of the lesson learned during all the project. Following the interviews with stakeholders and the best practices identified, each partner is working now in the evaluation of the work done and designing concrete actions to promote the sectors identified as prominent under each region.

The aim is to develop policy recommendations addressed to achieve innovative models of public private partnerships suitable to mobilize investment in related smart specialization areas and fostering an entrepreneurial discovery process in driving innovation process of the policy instruments.

During the previous months, the different regions exchanged the experiences and good practices through basic methods, as workshops, study visits and thematic summits and developed ones, as joint analysis, peer reviews and e-learning modules.
