The first phase of the Inno4Sports project is meant to get a clear picture of the excellence of every region and develop for each region an Action Plan. In order to reach this goal, the five partners organised various Staff Exchange Weeks, Knowledge Capitalisation Seminars, Steering Group Meetings and Interregional Events (IE). Due to COVID-19 the April’s IE to Lodz was cancelled. Instead the Verde Cluster organised an online meeting, in which all the partners worked successfully on the exchange of good practices and the project's next steps.

During difficult times there is a need for promptly adapt, and that is exactly what the I4S partners did when the IE to Lodz was cancelled. On the 22nd of April all the project partners came together online. During the e-meeting they mostly worked on their Action Plans.

The Action Plans aims at providing schematic insight in which good practices from what region are used and how these good practices contribute to lessons learned. Accordingly, there were also diverse interactions at the consortium level and bi-lateral conversation to reciprocally review the Actions Plan whilst sharing insights and constructive feedbacks for improvements.

As a result of these interactions/conversations, the consortium has identified a more appropriate and suitable format for all the regions to adopt to effectively deliver their Action Plans by the end of the 2020.

Next Steps

Hence, the next steps of the project foreseen a further bilateral review of the Actions Plans to collect further relevant feedback, after which, the Action Plans will be once more adjusted prior to their finalisation.
