On the 29th of June a regional stakeholder meeting of the INNO INFRA SHARE project was organized in Brainport Eindhoven. The meeting took place at the offices of Brainport Development in the city centre of Eindhoven.

The meeting was strategically combined with a meeting about the “Technology Proposition” for Brainport, in order to secure synergies between both initiatives. The Brainport Technology Proposition has the aim to improve the region’s branding by defining and describing the value proposition of its technological competences and strengths.

Eight external stakeholders and three internal (Brainport Development) experts participated in the meeting. Stakeholders represented the Triple Helix structure: Tilburg University, Technology Research Organisation TNO, the Dutch Institute for Fundamental Energy Research DIFFER, Philips Research, Philips Lighting Research, NXP, Brainport Industries (a cluster of high tech manufacturing industries)

The meeting was a follow up on an earlier meeting which took place 22nd of February, even before the official kick off of the project. Whereas the first meeting was merely an introduction to the project, during this second meeting stakeholders were involved in the current project activities. They shared ideas regarding the regional context analysis, including the mapping of the Research and Innovation Infrastructures and good practices. Besides, the participants were invited to share their ideas regarding the upcoming study visits, peer review sessions and the involvement of local stakeholders in those.
