The new Common Provisions Regulation (CPR), as well as a number of other Cohesion policy Regulations for the 2021-2027 programming period, has been published in the Official Journal of the European Union and will enter into force from yesterday July 1, 2021.
This Regulation establishes the general rules that apply to:
- the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF);
- the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+);
- the Cohesion Fund (CF);
- the Just Transition Fund (JTF);
- the European Maritime, Fisheries, and Aquaculture Fund (EMFAF).
