For the 4th consecutive year, Business and Cultural Development Centre (KEPA) and microSTARS actively participated in the campaign for the European Microfinance Day, an initiative of European Microfinance Network (ΕΜΝ) and Microfinance Centre (MFC). The event “Fintech in Greece: Empowering tomorrow’s entrepreneurs” was held on October 10th 2019 at Thessaloniki’s Innovation Ecosystem ‘OK!Thess’. The aim of this successful event was to raise public awareness about microfinance as a tool to empower present and future entrepreneurs, through the implementation of new technologies, such as Blockchain, FinTech Innovation Enablers, Digital Transformation, Gamification.
The Innova-FI project was present throughout the event, providing information to the participants about its goals and activities.
