Collecting the Good Practices in West-Transdanubian region was launched in the first semester of the project with the involvement of stakeholders. In January 2020 10 Good Practices were selected to work with as an example for e-health solution from Hungary. They were deeper analysed based on the template shared among the partners. In March 2020 the partnership started to learn the BIKVA model which is a model to gain feedback for further developments. It is used for evaluation services especially public services. The model come from Denmark and further developed in Finland. It is a first occasion when the method is applied for evaluation of other kind of services, in our case for good practices. Generally, it is good to see the lessons learnt from the realization and on the other hand the model offers possibility to gain experiences and opinions also from the clients. Within INTENCIVE project the project partners have the role to be a channel among the Good Practice owner and the so-called customers in order to give directions for future improvements. The BIKVA model modified especially for the INTENCIVE project is built on 2 stages: 1st round is interviews with clients to gain experiences and opinions. The 2nd round is for the management, experts and policy makers to inform them about the results of the interviews as well as discuss about the further development possibilities.

Pannon Business Network Association is starting to work with the following 10 good practices:

1. Brain@Home application

2. FairCare platform and KÖSSZ application

3. CoMe project

4. Stage platform

5. SzombathelyPoint application

6. EESZT application

7. LifeSaver application

8. HeartCity application

9. MobiNurse

10. Spirit

11. Alarm system for the elderly

In the meanwhile, based on the Good Practice owner’s request the 10th selected good practice (Spirit) was take out from the list due to the clients (guests in the premium hotel) are not available for BIKVA analysis. Pannon Business Network Association contacted again with the stakeholders to suggest a new practice and Municipality of Szombathely offered the Alarm system for the elderly.

The first contact with the clients of the good practices were done during the summer 2020 and it was started to organise client group meetings. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions which affected especially the elderly, PBN wasn’t able to organise personal group meetings during 1st round of BIKVA model. Each of the good practices were treated by different solutions. However organising group meetings was not feasible in some cases, we could make interviews by phone and in case of applications the interviews were completed with the comments and evaluations come from the Google Play/AppStore. This phase was ended in March 2021 and started to evaluate the good practices with the involvement of the stakeholders.

The following 5 Good Practices were selected based on suggestions of the regional stakeholders and project team:

1. Alarm system for the elderly

2. Brain@Home application

3. FairCare platform and KÖSSZ application

4. CoMe project

5. SzombathelyPoint application

Defining the TOP5 good practice was a longer process which started already in November 2020 with selection of Alarm system for elderly and SzombathelyPoint based on the unanimous opinion of the stakeholders. After that the 2nd round was finalized in case of Alarm system for elderly already in December 2020 and in case of SzombathelyPoint application in January 2021. The others 3 good practices were selected by the stakeholders and project team during the stakeholder group meeting on 29 March 2021. The remaining 2nd round meetings were organised during April 2021. The evaluation process against BIKVA model is finalized by the current document as a summary of the whole process
