Intensify project partner Centro de Estudio Ambientale (CEA) based in Vitoria-Gasteiz has been invited to speak at Interreg Europe's policy learning platform workshop "Fostering citizen focused urban mobility".

The workshop examine the challenges faced by cities in reducing the carbon intensity of their transport systems. With rising populations the adverse effects of carbon intensive transport systems need to prioritised by citizens and reduced.

The seminar will be held in Brussels on the 26th November. Aitor Albaina will speak on behalf of the CEA about the superblocks that are at the centre of present and future developments in the Spanish city.  The superblocks enable sustainable urban transport in the city.
