The meeting was carried out using Skype. Participants included members of IHOBE (Ingurume Hobekuntza Mejora Ambiental), EVE (Energy Agency of the Basque Government) , Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council, AVG and the CEA (Centro de Environmental Ambientales).

Several items relating to reducing the cities carbon footprint community engagement were discussed as was the progress so far with the Intensify project.

The items discussed included:

1. Defining partner involvement in the SMARTENCITY Energy Transition Strategy that will be part of the INTENSIFY SECAP (Sustainable Energy Climate Action Plan).
2. The organisation of a workshop on Digital Social Platforms (DSP) in English and how it can assist the INTENSIFY project achieve its objectives).
3. To identify good practices for the INTENSIFY study visits to be carried out in the first half of 2020.
4. To define the INTENSIFY progress indicator to be monitored with the IHOBE Climate Change surveys based on the questions present in the one already carried out in 2017.
5. To identify synergies and items of co-operation between the INTENSIFY project and LIFE URBAN KLIMA 2050 project (The Basque Climate Change Strategy).
