On February 15 project partners had the first Phase 2 kick-off meeting.
During which monitoring the implementation of the Action Plans was discussed, and future project-level activities were planned. Such as:
- monitoring the implementation of APs
- organizing the final event with the last partner meeting
- communication on the project and the AP implementation
- joint progress report by Lead Partner
- monitoring system both on partner and project level by the following tools.
While the project partners are focused and working on their tasks the next online meeting is being planned. The next meeting is going to be in May and will be held online. This meeting will aim to consult on the advancement of Action Planning implementation.
