The programme starts with a networking lunch which is open for ITHACA project partners, regional stakeholders and European networks such as CORAL that are active in the field of Active and Healthy ageing.

After the lunch we would like to share with you our learning insights & results of the past three years (phase 1) of the ITHACA Interreg Europe Project.

As nine European regions we exchanged experiences and shared good practices about our ecoystems, stakeholder engagement, different phases of the innovation cycle and innovation in policies.

We learned together how to improve regional policies and practices related to the implementation of innovation in health and care.

Based on this learning and the use of the Theory of Change we have developed impact driven regional action plans. These will be implemented in the upcoming second phase of the project.

A collective goal of all nine regions is to achieve more integrated solutions that contribute to a healthy and independent living of our citizens and a more inclusive economy.

In this matter we would also like to share and ask your feedback about the Impact Path for Active and Healthy Ageing that has been developed to stimulate and support a more impact driven and multi-value approach. Besides that, we would like to share our first ideas and explore with you how we can develop an Atlas for transformative learning and multi-stakeholder collaboration in practice.
