The Interreg Europe project TRINNO held its Final Conference online on 25 November 2020 and the Interreg Europe Policy Learning Platform was there with a virtual booth and some live chats.
MARIE and her partners have been involved in a number of PLP services, from thematic workshops to peer reviews, so our Lead Partner Giulia was happy and proud to be asked to take part in the live chat.
Giulia, inspiring as always, attended the live chat with PLP Thematic Manager Elena Ferrario and Communication Manager, Raluca Toma.
MARIE believes in cooperation between projects; we have created a network of likeminded initiatives across Europe. We also believe in sustainability of results. The PLP can help projects to achieve both of these aims.
Thematic workshops give us the chance to share our results (a confidence boost!). It also encourages us to think outside the box, to learn about topics that the project might not directly address, but could provide inspiration (for example, social innovation linked to responsible innovation).
During the peer reviews, its not just the hosts that learn. For the peers themselves, it helps to promote sustainability of results and disseminate them. It is also about being questioned about your results and, as such, looking at them with new eyes.
Giulia says that the PLP helps you to sow seeds, using cooperation outside your consortium to so that the seeds of innovation grow into plants and help your territory to flourish.
So, thanks TRINNO for the conference and thanks to the PLP to inviting us!
