West Regional Development Agency (RDA West) organized during May 23rd – 25th, 2017 the staff exchange in West Region Romania that was dedicated to the presentation of best practices in the agro-food sector in the region.
In the first part of the event, there were presented the main conclusions of an extensive study in the agro-food sector, in the seven partner regions, and conducted with the help of IMP³rove Academy in Germany. The objective was to offer support to the organizations active in the agro-food sector in the region by providing updated information on the dynamics of the sector and how it operates in 6 other European regions. Also, participants from the West Region were able to establish direct contact with foreign partners in international b2b meetings.
The second part of the event was dedicated to a series of visits to locations supporting the development and innovation in the agro-food sector of the West Region Romania, Banat Veterinary Medicine University of Timisoara, Prospero, Petras BIO, Petro Vaselo and DUO Bio.
