In this second episode we talk about the history of plastics and discuss the impact of the plastic pollution crisis on us humans and the planet. We analyze the plastic pollution crisis and all of its effects with Prof. Dr. Roland Pomberger as the Head of Chair for Waste Processing Technology and Waste Management at the University of Leoben. He gave us his expert opinion concerning the so called “plastic pollution crisis”. The conclusion we made is that every single contribution is important, even if they are just little things in everyday life, like not using single use coffee to go cups, or separating waste properly.
