The Energy Agency of Plovdiv (EAP) presented POWERTY project and some relevant to the local circumstances good practices in the online seminar event which was targeted national stakeholders.
Special attention was given on the energy cooperatives and community practices, as a possible mean for alleviation of energy poverty and current and future policies in this regard. Some important energy poverty national statistics were shared.
