5 PROSPECT mentors presented 5 modules of their learning programme to enhance stakeholders`s ability to attract green investments. One of the modules were "Private Buildings: Smart finance for building, Solutions for energy poverty" by Ina Karova from EAP (Bulgaria) who presented POWERTY project and some of the good practices developed in Bulgaria for fighting energy poverty.
