On February 17, the online seminar 'Photovoltaic solutions to address energy poverty in the Mediterranean with a gender perspective' was held, organized by the EmpowerMed project. The seminar discussed challenges and opportunities for the deployment of photovoltaic technologies in communities affected by energy poverty with a gender perspective.
From the Andalusian Energy Agency, Ruth Borrego from the Department of Internationalization, Innovation and Unique Projects presented the POWERTY project and the pilot that she is developing in Torreblanca in section "Photovoltaic concepts for households and communities affected by energy poverty".
