Project partners City of Malmo hosted this staff exchange, which took place on November 22nd and 23rd 2018, in Sweden, welcoming Italian partner Agenzia Fiorentina per l’Energia (AFE).
The two-day visit took place in Malmo and consisted of meetings and study visits.
On the first day we visited Malmo Live, where the technical staff of the City of Malmo showed us how to integrate the entire technical system into a single system. At the same time satisfy the requirements for all the different types of operations in the structure, as well as making all users of public buildings aware and provide effective training to involve everyone in the realisation of the results.
The second day we visited the Mazetti building. In the cultural building Mazetti there is a lot of different companies and facilities, such as offices, theatres, restaurants, a gallery, a nightclub, a dance studio and a workshop. The work they are accomplishing through changes in behaviour towards a pedagogical and more sustainable approach is interesting.
All this new information was very valuable and could be useful for us in redefining the policies of the Tuscany region. The whole experience could be transferred to our territory, in particular regarding the strategy, the monitoring and the moralistic aspect that is part of the objectives present in our action plan
The staff exchange was well organised, both for staff interventions that illustrated projects and methodologies, and for the interesting study visits.
