The workshop, which was organised by Interreg Europe and took place from 9:30-17:30, put the spotlight on good practices and approaches concerning citizen participatory processes and behavioural change motivation. Around 40 participants listened to the stories from REFORM and other projects, such as Inter-Connect PLUS and MATCH-UP. Furthermore, interactive sessions about Co-creating a SUMP engagement & communication strategy, as well as a 'pitch session', which was hosted by e-smartec, took place in Thessaloniki.
