The 3rd REFORM meeting was held in Manchester between the 5th and 7th of September, hosted by Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) and attended by representatives of all the project partners.

The event kicked off on Tuesday, 5 September, with the project progress meeting, where the participants had the opportunity to provide updates on both the completed and ongoing tasks, as well as discuss the next steps.

The activities continued next day with a tour of Manchester in the morning, followed by the technical board meeting focusing on the methodology for identifying good practices and the material for the training course.

On the last day, colleagues from TfGM organized a SUMP development workshop, featuring several presentations focusing on various aspects of the Greater Manchester SUMP, visits from representatives of several Greater Manchester Districts and updates from the project partners on their respective SUMP development.

The next roundtable will take place in Heerlen (Netherlands) in November. Prior to that, another REFORM event, “European Reality of SUMP”, will be organized in Brussels in cooperation with the Partnership on Urban Mobility (PUM) of the EU Urban Agenda and the European Platform on Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans.
