The first Exchange of Experience of RegionArts will be held in Bologna, Italy on 25 and 26 September 2018. The meeting organised by ASTER will focus on policy instruments.
Partners and local stakeholders will share their current level of development, key issues, policy challenges, and their relationship with the policy instruments. Together we will examine the specific implementation mechanisms of the instruments (vouchers, grants, mentoring, incubators, export programmes). This will enable us to identify where and how programmes promoting collaboration between ICT and arts could be integrated in the policy instrument.
ASTER will also arrange a study visit to a relevant initiative. The list of preliminary initiatives includes: Emilia-Romagna regional cluster on CCI, MAK-ER, regional network of fablabs and digital manufacturing, Incredibol! – l’Innovazione Creativa di Bologna (Bologna’s Creative Innovation), High Technology Network and cases of start-ups connecting ICT and arts (Apparati Effimeri, Tryeco).
