The eighth RELOS3 stakeholders group meeting organised by Promoció Econòmica de Sabadell took place in Sabadell’s industrial incubator ‘Can Roqueta’ last 13 September. This meeting was the last out of three sessions planned for the development of the Action Plan in collaboration with the stakeholders that are involved in the project. In this last meeting, the draft of the Action Plan was presented with the technical contributions included in the long term visit to Tartu last June. The final result of these three sessions will be the final document of the Action Plan, to be presented in the project’s Technical Workshop in Groningen next November.
The previous session was aimed at identifying and decided the actions that will be the heart of this Action Plan, actions related to identifying and promoting possible improvements in the governance of the RIS3Cat and with the development of pilot actions of actions related to the Promotion of entrepreneurship and the visibility and connection between the companies of the territory in the subject matter of the smart specialisation of Sabadell. This last session has allowed to specify a little more the actions planned in specific activities, through a participatory methodology with different working groups and the exchange of debates. The stakeholders themselves proposed specific activities that they can carry out from their institution in the line of specific and consensual activities.
The session was closed by Iolanda Repullo, Head of the Business Promotion Unit in Promoció Econòmica de Sabadell, who informed that this Action Plan will be presented at the next meeting in Groningen, and invites the stakeholders group to meet again in the next 2 years of the project for the implementation of this Action Plan, and to materialise these proposed activities.
