NEXA, the Regional Agency for Development, Investment and Innovation of Réunion Island, is eager to welcome #replaceteam for 4 days of intensive visits and events from May 31 to June 3, 2022.
During this comprehensive Interregional Learning and Exchange event, REPLACE partners will discover circular economy good practices across Réunion Island, the objectives are:
-promote local know-how and innovation in circular economy,
-reinforce the image of Réunion Island as an important actor at the European level, and in particular as a front runner in the field of circular economy,
-promote and share the achievements and the economic assets present in the territory in the most promising sectors for the circular economy transition.
The 5th Interregional Learning and Exchange Event will start with a Circularity Tour in the West and South of the island, offering #replaceteam the opportunity to have a first concrete contact with La Réunion’s good practices.
The second day will be dedicated to an open and public event, where REPLACE partners will have the pleasure to hear directly from the relevant stakeholders working in circular economy, while exchanging experiences and good practices from all the regions to promote the project and its methodology.
The third day will entirely focus on the learning and exchange of experiences to finalize the remaining activities: a dedicated discussion will tackle the Action Plan and the monitoring framework for Phase 2.
The fourth day will close the 5th Interregional Learning and Exchange event with a Circularity Tour, offering the partnership a very interesting insight into circular economy developments on the island.
