REPLACE web meeting n 11

The meeting was rescheduled due to Pentecost public holiday in many #replaceteam regions.

Lazio, Veltha ivzw, CCDRC, Lodzkie, NERDA, Crete and HWWI took the opportunity to connect in any case to discuss briefly the possibility to apply for additional activities and pilot action.
