'Circular Value Chains Identification and Exploitation'
Circular Economy is certainly becoming a popular and prominent topic, nonetheless it represents a crucial opportunity for achieving sustainable development in European Regions.
The EU Commission has already identified circular economy as one of the strategic objectives for the future of Europe.
Regions represent the key governance level in enabling the transition towards a circular and resilient economy: regions not only have a clear knowledge of their territory, their economic and social landscape, but are also responsible for managing EU regional development funds, as well as their own budget.
OVERVIEW OF THE PROGRAM
The international Circular Economy Summer School will give you access to a digital instrument that will support you in analysing and identifying potentials for circular economy in your area, equipping you with all the skills and capabilities needed to set up a regional strategy, to detect and exploit circular value chains as well as interregional opportunities for the transition.
You will have a clear overview of how to tackle effectively circular economy in your region, how to build a strategy and how to tailor your policy action to maximise circular potential.
