#replaceteam gathered online for the 21st web-meeting on 25/11/2022.
The partnership discussed the organization and the management of the Second Phase 2 of the project:
- Final Event and Consortium meeting: will be held in Rome the first week of April 2023 (4-5 April 2023 are the preliminary dates)
- Letters of Long-term Commitment to be signed before the Final Event (template distributed by mail to the partners)
- Progress Report for Phase 2 must be finalized by 31/07/2023: the Deadline to submit the report to LP is 30/06/2023. The Progress Report for Phase 2 contains the description of the implementation of the Action Plans.
- REPLACE final dissemination document will be jointly drafted by the partners and finalized before the end of March 2023.
