Before the summer holiday season, the kick-off event of S34Growth took place in the hometown of the Lead Partner, the Baltic Institute of Finland. The programme included the first partner meeting, a steering group meeting, study visits and an open seminar. Representatives of all partners joined the meeting both for working and for enjoying the Finnish summer. There were stakeholders from the regions taking part in the action, too.
