The SIE Partners travelled to Bordeaux in June 2018 to find out about the 'Parcours de l'Export' SME Internationalisation support scheme. The programme, which helps SMEs at all stages of their export journey, is led by SIE partner the International Chamber of Commerce for Nouvelle-Aquitaine (CCI). The CCI works closely with other local, regional and national partners to offer companies a comprehensive range of support activities including 1-2-1 advice, collective training, sector groups and financial support to boost international trade.
Apart from learning about the support services available to companies, the SIE partners and their local stakeholder group members also visited 3 local companies which had all received support from the 'Parcours de l'Export' programme to help them with their international activities.
