Partners and local stakeholders from the SIE project took part in a study visit at the end of September to Ústí in the Czech Republic to learn about the region's approach to SME International support. This was the final study visit for the project and included discussions with some of the local and national support services and some visits to companies successfully trading internationally. it was clear that the region shared quite a few different challenges with other regions. As a result of the project the Ústí region is planning to put in place some new support activities to help businesses with exporting.
