The 5th meeting of the Wielkopolska Stakeholders Group of the SinCE-AFC project was held on February 23-24, 2022 in the form of a teleconference using the ZOOM electronic communication tools and platform. Members of the Wielkopolska Culinary Heritage Network as well as entities from the current list of stakeholders of the SinCE-AFC project were invited to participate in the meetings.
The participants were greeted by Mrs. Damiana Nowak, Director of the Department for Agriculture and Rural Development of the Marshal Office of the Wielkopolska Region in Poznan. Mrs. Alicja Nowak, the regional project coordinator and main speaker, chaired the meeting. In the meeting three more representatives of the Marshal Office of the Wielkopolska Region took part: Mrs. Katarzyna Zimna, who was also the host of the Zoom platform at this meeting, Mrs. Magdalena Salewicz as a second speaker and Mrs. Joanna Zielinska - the coordinator of the Wielkopolska Culinary Heritage Network.
During the meeting, the participants were briefly reminded of the subject of the project and discussed in detail good practices presented during the study visit in Ireland. In the second part of the meeting, the participants got familiar with the subsequent stakeholder consultation report.
The third part of the meeting was devoted to the improvement of the Action Plan created so far and the preparation of its final version. The discussion focused mainly on the issue of cooperation within the Wielkopolska Stakeholders Group on the creation of the Wielkopolska CE Market (circular economy) and the rules that should apply at this market.
