The working meeting was intended for actors interested in the circular economy in the agri-food sector and the community of key actors who signed the Collaboration Agreement within the South Muntenia Learning and Capacity Building Program (PICC-SM)
Through the event, the learning and consolidation activities were launched according to the action plan of the SinCE-AFC project, which is in the second phase of implementation.
During the meeting, the project team from ADR South Muntenia presented the implementation stage and the Action Plan for the South Muntenia region, funding sources for circular economy projects as well as the new Enterprise Europe Network services in terms of sustainability dedicated to SMEs.
At the same time, two representatives of the project's stakeholders presented the audience with information relevant to the potential beneficiaries: Circular economy principles for the innovation of business models, from product to service supported by Mrs. Roxana LUPAȘCU (Măgurele Science Park Association) and Development of communities of practice in the field of agroecology, and Development of communities of practice in the field of agroecology; Challenges and solutions offered by the European projects Transect, OT4Eu and WeH at the regional level supported by Mr. Costin LIANU (conf. Dr. Vice-Rector and General Director of USH Pro Business, Spiru Haret University).
