The first meeting of the Wielkopolska Stakeholders Group of the SinCE-AFC project took place on January 29, 2020 at 10:00 at the headquarters of the Marshal's Office of the Wielkopolska Region in Poznań at al. Independence 34. 27 entities from the initial stakeholder list of the SinCE-AFC project were invited to participate in the meeting. Six stakeholders, as well as representatives of the organizers, participated in the meeting.
All guests were welcomed by Miss. Monika Paczyńska, Director of the Department for Agriculture and Rural Development of the Marshal Office of the Wielkopolska Region. The meeting was led by: Alicja Nowak, Head of Unit on Acquiring and Implementation of Projects, and Magdalena Salewicz, the main specialist in the same Unit.
During the meeting, the subject of the project was introduced to the participants, and the requirements of the Interreg Europa program were presented. The second part of the meeting was presentation on the detailed framework of tasks in the project, including study travel agendas as well as issues related to the creation and cooperation within the regional stakeholder group. The third part of the meeting was devoted to discussions on the role of stakeholders and comments of the participants gathered to the framework task plan. The discussion focused mainly on the issue of cooperation within the Wielkopolska Stakeholders Group and the directions in which this cooperation should go at further stages of project implementation, taking into consideration the cooperation and exchange of experience of project partners.
