On Thursday, April 22nd 2021, the Smooth Ports partners came together for their 10th virtual partner meeting. The meeting was kicked off with a presentation by the Environmental Advisor of the Hamburg Port Authority with a presentation on Onshore Power Supply solutions as an additional measure to reduce emissions in ports. Project partners and stakeholders listened with interest and a very productive and intersting Q&A session followed the presentation.
The meeting was then continued with an update of project activities by all partners. The next meetings are now planned for June 16th and June 17th, where the partners from Varna and Nantes shall be given a virtual platform to present themselves. This format was chosen, as it is currently still not foreseeable when physical meetings and exchange of experiences can take place as part of partner meetings. The agenda for each day will now be developed and we will keep everyone interested updated accordingly.
