We start phase II (from August 1, 2022 to July 31, 2023). In this phase we will focus on monitoring the implementation of action plans and the policy changes resulting from this implementation.
Phase 2 focuses on monitoring:
• wether implementation of the lessons learned from the cooperation happens.
• whether the implementation leads to policy changes.
The last 13th of June 2023 took in place in Lublin, the Final Dissemination arrived the final event
