On Friday the 13th of November 2020 the TraCS3 partners had an online partner meeting to discuss the regional action plans per region and the continuation of the project (actions per semester). All 7 partners from The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Romania, Lithuania, Finland and Spain were present during the meeting. The agenda of the meeting was:
- Welcome and introduction new members
- How are we doing
- Action plans
- Coffee break
- Actions semester 5
- Actions semester 6
- Wrap up and closing
The partners were all participating very actively and contributed very well. During the meeting, the partners spoke more specifically about the content of the action plans and about what it is supposed to look like. There were given some good examples and the outcomes of the meeting were very positive too.
Furthermore, the partners discussed the actions for the remaining of semester 5 and semester 6. Those entail subjects such as: organizing regional stakeholders groups meetings, sharing good practices, organizing regional dissemination events, writing press releases, organizing steering committee meetings, publishing and distributing newsletters, present (online) at an external event and writing the progress report no 5 & 6.
Due to the Covid-19 epidemic it’s unfortunately impossible to visit other countries at the moment. Therefore the partners are not sure yet whether it will be possible to visit each other during semester 6. However, if it would be possible, there will be site visits held in Romania, Lithuania and in Castilla la Mancha Region in Spain.
