On Thursday 7 February 2019 TRAM project hold its seventh Steering Committee meeting in Ancona, at the Marche Region headquarters.
After the sixth steering committee meeting, which was an on-line meeting, LP organized the seventh project steering meeting, with the main aim of concluding Phase I of the project in the right way and of getting ready for Phase II.
Once again, it was a great occasion to see each other after a few months and to discuss some relevant matters, such as, for example, budget reallocation and management, development and finalization of Action plans, communication activities and upcoming tasks.
Finally, the SC took some relevant decisions, which will lead the project on the good path towards the second phase of our TRAM activities.
