On 6 February 2019 Marche Region realized the Peer Review Workshop of the draft version of its own Action Plan. It was the last PRW event of project partners, in order to finalize all Action Plans by the end of current semester of TRAM project activities.
Staff of Managing Authority for ERDF and ESF and Transport Department of Marche Region attended the Workshop, which has been the occasion for the Interregional Team of Regional Experts (ITRE) to discuss the process realized by Marche Region aimed at identifying the specific actions of the Plan, as a result of the process of analysis of the best practices on sustainable mobility learned by other partners during the “exchange of experiences” activities of the first phase of the project.
The Workshop has been facilitated by the Marche Region’s ITRE Expert Mr Franceschini, who introduced the results of the learning process through the main steps:
• The Gap analysis of the Policy instrument, that for Marche Region is the Growth & Jobs ERDF Regional Operational Programme 2014/2020 (Investment Priority 4.e “Promoting low-carbon strategies for all types of territories, in particular for urban areas, including the promotion of sustainable multimodal urban mobility”);
• The process of the evaluation with Local Stakeholders of the good practices deriving from partners’ experiences, with the final assessment of the best practices in terms of transferability into the Marche Region territory.
• Finally, the presentation of the main actions to monitor during the next phase of the project: the first aims at developing the e-ticket system through different several actions, which target both technological and non-technological issues. The second aims at promoting the widespread transition towards electric mobility, based on the development of the charging hubs infrastructure and other promoting actions.
For the two actions, the Action Plan describes process of identification, timeframe, indicators of progress and budget allocation within specific measures of the Policy Instrument
The ITRE Panel analyzed and suggested possible improvements to strength the feasibility of the Plan.
Results will be resumed in a feedback report in order to deliver the final Action Plan.
