The Atlantic Cities association is at the heart of the implementation of the EURE action plan dedicated to the Brittany region in order to improve the access of small municipalities to ERDF and ESF funds for the period 2021-2027.
In this context, Atlantic Cities is carrying out an extensive monitoring activity designed to identify good practices achieved thanks to ERDF and ESF funds in Brittany.
Atlantic Cities then shares these good practices with Brittany's municipalities in the form of a newsletter and informs them of ERDF and ESF funding opportunities.
Atlantic Cities has sent out 2 newsletters, which have received positive feedback from local authorities in Brittany, who have found the service very useful. In particular, the Breton towns expressed a clear interest in the exchange of good practice, which confirms the relevance of the existence of such a forum.
Atlantic Cities will take advantage of its role as an urban exchange platform to continue to lead this group of local authorities after the end of the project in July 2023.
Finally, Atlantic Cities will maintain a permanent exchange with the Brittany Region during this process, so that the region can be a partner in this emerging collaboration and thus involve all the region's stakeholders. “
