The last BUILD2LC project partner meeting, organised by the Andalusian Energy Agency and SWEA, was held in Gloucester, UK on 26th and 27th November 2019 to exchange and present the successes and difficulties encountered in the implementation of the action plans during phase 2 of the project.
In particular, parthers presented their action plans progress during the first day of the meeting, and they discussed financial asects related to the project during the second day.
