1st Local Support Group meeting was held in Sofia, Bulgaria, by Bulgarian Association of Municipal Environmental Experts - BAMEE.
In the meeting a dialog framework was promoted for further improving communication between the Ministry of Environment and Water, Executive Environmental Agency and the SMEs and encourage the participation of SMEs in Parliamentary Commissions. Relevance of the project with the strategy for smart specialization and SMEs’ internationalization were also discussed.
During one additional year of experience exchange, many interesting outputs were accomplished.
The circular economy is reliant on people’s behaviour as much as technical and economic elements.
