Frank Waeltring from Mesopartner ParG visited Highlands and Islands Enterprise on 19-21 September 2017 to collaborate with Clusters3 work in the region. Frank assisted Ghillean MacLeod, the HIE Cluster Development Manager to clarify a route forward to identifying Good Practices in the region, to strengthen the entrepreneurial discovery process and to support the design of a regional action plan that integrates procedures and initiatives that involve safe-to-fail experiments, explorative initiatives and catalytic projects implementable in the project time frame.
