CLUSTERS3 sharing their experiences with delegation of clusters representatives from Ukraine.
On 30 August Lubelskie hosted a study visit that brought together 16 delegates of Ukrainian energy clusters and B+R sector from Rivne, Odessa, Dnipro, Ivano-Frankivsk, Poltava, Kharkiv and Lutsk.
The participants shared ideas and practical approaches for designing effective cluster policies. Therefore the essence of the study visit was to show good practices from Lubelskie region. The participants visited Lublin Eco-Energy Cluster and Lublin IT Cluster. They also had workshops on cluster management standards. They learned more about the role of coordinator, the financing and projects and programmes addressed to clusters.
Another goal of the event was to showcase CLUSTERS3 project as a good example of interregional initiative aiming to improve regional cluster policies with active participation of directly involved stakeholders such as regional cluster organisations, policy makers and B+R sector.
