The COCOON project was presented at the 'XVI ATEGRUS Conference on Controlled Landfills' on October 25, 2017 in Lleida (Spain).
ATEGRUS (organiser) is the Technical Association for Waste Management, Sanitation and Environment. MUNICIPALIA- International Fair for Municipal Equipment and Services- and Lleida Fair cooperate to make this Conference possible.
The COCOON presentation was framed in the Session concerning "Management and Exploitation of Landfills".
This was an optimal forum to disseminate COCOON strategies for landfill management as the target audience were municipal staff in charge of landfilling from Spain but also from some Latin American countries.
