The Regional Development Agency of the Pardubice Region organized the second stakeholder meeting of the CONDEREFF project.
The topics of the meeting were:
Interreg programme and CONDEREFF project
Knowledge from an international workshop in Valencia
Landfill monitoring
Procurement
Circular economy
Practical examples of circular economy
Recycling construction and demolition waste
Exchange of practices and opinions between stakeholders
The event had 19 participants. Presenters were from the University of Pardubice Ing. Pavel Lopour, PhD. and from the Institute of circular economics Vojtěch Vosecký.
The meeting identified the following challenges:
Public education
Change of legislation
Pre-demolition audit
Recycling products
...and respective potential solutions:
Spread information about construction and demolition waste importance through seminars and workshops
Cooperation between public administration and private companies and organizations dealing with recycling
Change in legislation about better control of pre–demolition audit, better monitoring
Using recycle waste from construction and demolition waste a support better collecting, recycling and reusing (use recycled materials, make new construction easy to demolition and reuse again).
